Now or Forever

Life had been occupied with either study or work, though I desired for more time for myself and enjoy each meal I had, but I guess, living in an environment whereby everything is so competitive, if I, myself is not striving towards a higher standard of doing well, I will depreciate as time goes by.


Yesterday, I attend a short course organised by one of the government sectors. As the class ended early, I decided to rush down to meet my "sisters" as sister-S is bringing her darling, baby Lucas along, thus as the so-called godfather of Lucas, how can miss the opportunity?


Though we only manage to spend 1 hour plus with baby Lucas together but the bond is just amazing...

I can truly understand how tired it is for Bro-Dennis, and Sis-Sherline to bring child and from loving couples to parents. Though parenting can be meaningful, but there are many things you need to give up for in the event of marriage, but I guess everyone will reach the stage, it is just the matter of time...!


Well, enjoying and taking care of others' child is fun, but having a own family can be ......... (fill in the blanks with the words you feel best)


But I definitely love Baby Lucas, as well as my niece and nephew.

















Lately, I had been busy with completing my assignment, both individual and team-based assignment thus I was unable to update my blog-Jeff Space or even meeting my friends for meals or some activities.


Though sometimes, I do doubt my decision to do a degree but I guess, little sacrifice is worth as the outcome is motivating to my future years to come. I am focusing one of the projects @ SIM last week on a Saturday afternoon.

Her previous album, 愛哭鬼, the person who cry, released under Seedmusic in 2007. Like Yanzi who announced taking a long break from her last album released under EMI music, Mi Guang, was one of the artistes who suffered under the pressure of poor CD responses. Xiao Mei and Yan Zi decided to take a long break from the Chinese music industry.

Yet recently, Xiao Mei had announced her new record label with Michael Wang, better known as Guang Liang, as the two artistes crossing over from their previous record company, to a new record label, Xymusic.com. to release their songs through online music sharing or credit mode payment.

As the pie of Chinese music had become smaller over the past 3 years due to the trend in digital format, thus after his compilation released in late 2008, Kenji had been working towards being a music producer behind the scene for artistes under the same label as him.

Well, in the eyes of many people, we might be imperfect.

Yet to some, we are just alright.
Though in many songs, artistes wants and tries to be perfect in the eyes of their fans, but are they trying too hard to please?

Well, so as Ricky Martin was announcing to the press about his sexual preference, as he is tired of the labels and the "perfect Man" icon.

Well, at the end of the day, we can't please anyone on earth even our loved ones.
Thus, just be yourself though it is diffcult.

If people who shared similar hobbies can gather together to enjoy a few hours of quality time, why not?

S.H.E - SHERO Album























While still on their S.H.E is the One world tour, Selina, Hebe, and Ella have come up with their new album SHERO a year and a half after FM S.H.E. Here, the top Taiwanese girl group sings about the romance, friendship, life, and work of girls today, and the title track expresses the empowering idea that if you can't find your hero, then just be your own "Shero".



Written by Mayday's Ashin, the rock number is designated as the theme song for the 2010 Taipei International Flora Expo. S.H.E's 12th album also contains the JJ Lin-penned duet "Two Persons' Desert Island" (featuring One Million Star alumnus Judy Chou), and the idol drama Down With Love ending theme song "Just to Love You".

Raining day can bring mixed emotions to people, if after two weeks without rain but just sunny, hot day, I guess, the rain will just come at the right time.


However, if it is a Saturday, and you just woke up and getting ready for your Saturday outing and activities, I guess, the rain is a hazard as you probably have to bring a umbrella (which I try not to) or a jacket, or even raincoat which I guess, people seldom wear it nowadays.

After a year, Kelly, David and I arranged to meet Connie on last Wednesday for a meal. It was supposed to be on a New Year gathering but due to our busy schedule thus we decided to arrange it at a later date.


Well for the three of us, we will address Connie as "Auntie Connie" as she is our senior and my first employer whom I had worked with during my secondary school days. Even after we had graduated from GMSS(Ghim Moh Secondary), we still keep in contact with her.


During my school days, if not because of her encouragement and the things she thought me @ work, I will not have achieve so far till now even till this point in life I am doing my part time studies in SIM and working at the same time. I remembered during recess period, I will look for her at the school book store and we will chat about our experiences and happening in class.


Though GMSS had merged with Jin Tai Secondary, and eventually renamed as Clementi Woods. But I guess, what holds great friendship is the trust and bond for the past 10 years.

Definitely, she is a living example, a great role model to me with respect.

Harlem Yu is taking his lastest concert tour to Hongkong in January 2010, and a little before that, the multi-talented Taiwan entertainer will unleash his most comprehensive best of year album yet to warm up the audience. The 3 CD is a great musical retrospective for the veteran singer-songwriter who has released 28 albums and more than 250 songs in his singing career since 1986. Our of this huge repertoire, 45 hits are selected for this collection, including such classics as 'Tidal Wave", "Missing You", "Let Me Love Once and For All", "Can't Help But Help", "The Passionate Desert", and I'm the Only One Who Loves You".

Harlem has also recorded three new songs for this compilation, among them the titular rock number "18 till I die"m and the first plug "Endless Transparent Thoughts" which is the end theme to the Taiwan Broastcast of the Hit Drama 'Brilliant Legacy. Ever the music brat, Harlem specially designed a "Death Rocker" image to link up with the album theme.

Simple or Not That Simple

Whenever I see aeroplane that flew over the horizon, I do hope, I will be on the plane traveling to overseas, setting aside Singapore to a place where nobody will find me. Or a place where you know nobody and you are there on your own, not even with your cellphones.

Well, life now is pretty stressful especially when during assignment weeks. But that did not give me a reason to be lazy or lay-back.

To me, the desire to prove to others always come across my mind as I just desire a better lifestyle in the future to come and achieving a quality life.

Over the last weekend, I had spent some quality time with my friends, but equal time for my own, to reflect on areas to improve myself, things I had yet to do, and some quiet time...

I was @ East Coast Park cycling, from East Coast Mc Donald's to Changi Coast after Changi Airport.

It was part of my own quiet time & to exercise at the same time.

It was a gathering organised by Evonne, one of Liyi's fans to gather everyone at KBOX @ Cineleisure Orchard. It was second time meeting Evonne and some of the members as some of them are fans of DJ Mary from Yes 933. Thus, it was overall, an enjoyable event for the day.

I was delighted to see people who share the same interest (singing KTV) even though we are not professional singers, but who cares?


But truly, Liyi, you can really sing!


I was named one of the TOP 5 title for "Can sing" fans in the gathering which I was pretty surprised that my voices does impress the fans present @ the event.

Liyi is one of DJs and friend of mine, who had been encourage each and everyone of us on radio @ her program with positive words. Though she is not on radio for some weeks, but, I seriously miss her program especially K Pop on Sunday @ 10pm.

Veteran Pub Singer, Tiger Huang has released her brand new album, Simple/Not Simple after becoming popular as a judge in Taiwan Singing competition, "One Million Star". In contrast to her image as a direct,outspoken judge in the variety show, she soften her image with a new wig and demonstrates her powerful vocals in her soothing new ballad "Not that Simple." This single had top last week Yes 933 Pop Chart.

I guess, this is one of the songs that best describe recent Jack Neo and Tiger Wood's sex scandal flashing on the different media platform as it has weaken singles' perception seeing marriage life as a path to choose and second, do people still have mutual trust after marriage, if yes, how long?

New Friends VS "OlD" Friends

To me, I may be a direct person, yet I do understand myself having a certain level of EQ that I should portray the right kind of feelings for some problems and people whether @ work or social context. Well, even though I may be alright with some light issues, but certain I feel that in 2 days, yesterday and today, I totally experience what is like to "Though you may be friends for years or so called "Best Friends" but it seems that as years accumulated, we are just like strangers on the road who look familiar but lack understanding."

But to me, certain memories are worth keeping, I will keep in mind. Yet certain memories whereby people or so-called friends have schema ( mental shortcut ) of what happening in the past, yet I just feel that what is past is already "Gone in the wind."

But the most scary part is that your " so called " friends do refresh your memory with what happen in the past and sharing it with others though I was meant to be a secret for both, between u and her or him!

Well, that 's why, one of my colleagues told me in the past " There isn't any so called forever friends, as people changes!" But one thing that we can't change is we can have time to create new things happen or money to make things happen!!

To some friends, they feel that I am sincere and very out-spoken but I don't think so. But well, it is what people perceive me in their mind. I was thankfully, after 6 weeks, I had knew a new friend in School as known below.

A out-spoken person in what he feels worth debating for!

A character that shine in school, hope u excel in your studies in SIM and we shall meet again in other modules and not be a 6 weeks friend.

Taiwan 's popular hip-hop group Da Mouth including Aisa, Harry, MC 40, and DJ Chung Hua are unleashing their 3rd album One, Two, Three on 23 Jan 2010. The theme is "the future", and the new album is packed with electronic pop dance numbers that are said to be much ahead of the current music trend. Among the 12 tracks (two of which are instrumental), the first plug to come off the album is ROCK IT, a disco/ house anthem allegedly representing what the young generation is thinking.
